Hair extension prices and payment
There is no single price for hair extensions, because no two heads of hair are the same. Your quote is worked out at the consultation and sent to you as a payment link with your amount already on it.

Two ways to get a price
Start on WhatsApp. It costs nothing and most clients never need anything else. Come to the studio when you want the hair matched in daylight and the exact figure confirmed before you commit.

Your hair decides the figure
Two clients can book the same method and pay very different amounts, and neither of them is being treated differently. The work is priced on what your hair actually needs: how much length you are adding, how thick your own hair is at the roots, how many bonds it takes to sit flat and stay hidden, how rare the colour match is, and how long the fitting runs.
Publishing one number would mean quoting the highest case to everyone, or quoting a low one and correcting it in the chair. We would rather look at your hair first and then tell you the price once, in writing.

Klarna and Clearpay are agreements between you and them, not with us. Read their terms before you choose one. We are paid in full either way, so it makes no difference to your appointment.
Before you book
Why can you not just tell me the price now?
We can tell you a range now, on WhatsApp, for free. What we cannot do honestly is give you one figure before we have seen how much hair you have and how much you are adding. The exact number comes at the consultation, and once it is given it does not move.
Is the £50 taken off the price of my extensions?
No. It is a separate charge for the studio appointment, for Ariadna's time and for the colour and texture matching done on the day. It is paid in advance and the slot is held from the moment it is paid. The online consultation on WhatsApp is free and always will be.
Do I have to pay anything before I know the price?
Only the £50, and only if you choose the studio consultation. The WhatsApp consultation is free. The price of the work itself is never taken before you have seen it written down on your own payment link.
How soon do I get the payment link?
On the same day as your consultation, on WhatsApp, with your amount on it. If anything about the quote changes before your fitting, you get a new link. We never take a different figure from the one you agreed.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Klarna and Clearpay both appear on your payment link. You choose one when you open it.
How often do I need to come back?
Every 2 to 3 months for a refit. Your own hair grows and carries the bonds down with it, so they are released and moved back up to the root. This is not a repair, it is normal maintenance, and it is what keeps the work invisible.
What does the guarantee actually cover?
Two months on the application work, which is the fitting itself: if a bond fails in that time we replace it at no charge. Twelve months on the hair we supply, cared for as instructed. Everyday shedding at the natural rate is not a fault.
Is the link safe to open?
Yes. It is a hosted payment page, so your card details are entered on the payment provider's own page and never pass through us or through WhatsApp. The receipt comes from AV EXTENSION LTD.
