The lessons
Short answer. From the temperature of the plier to re-tipping a strand for its third cycle. The whole physical sequence, in the order you will work it.
Lesson 1. Tools and temperature. Which plier, which discs, what 200°C actually looks like on keratin, and what happens either side of it.
Lesson 2. Sectioning the head. Where the lines go and why, working from the nape upward.
Lesson 3. Micro capsule formation. The core skill. Forming the bond in the hand before it ever touches a head.
Lesson 4. Capsule shape and size. Flat against round, and how the weight changes with the length of the strand.
Lesson 5. Capsule application. The strand, the plier, the press, the release.
Lesson 6. Distance, angle and tension. The three things that decide whether the work holds or hurts.
Lesson 7. Keeping an even line. Why the second row is where most people lose the shape.
Lesson 8. Common faults. What a bad bond looks like at the moment you make it, not three weeks later on someone's head.
Lesson 9. Capsule removal. Solvent, flat-jawed pliers, and why serrated ones cut through living hair.
Lesson 10. Correction and re-tipping. Taking a strand off and putting it back so it serves another cycle.

How to use it
Short answer. Watch, then do, then watch again. A block head and a bag of practice strands cost less than one client.
Do not watch all ten lessons in one sitting. That feels productive and teaches almost nothing.
Watch a lesson. Stop. Do the thing on a block head until it comes out the same three times running. Then watch the same lesson again, and you will notice half a dozen things you missed the first time, because now your hands know what to look for.
The bond formation lesson is the one to repeat most. Everything after it depends on it.
